Spencer Blake - President

Spencer was born in Williston, North Dakota, grew up in Midland, where he received his diploma from Midland High School and later a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Spencer and his wife, Diana, have two daughters named Ellie (8), and Claire (6). Spencer is Vice President of Navigator Oil & Minerals Inc., a Midland-based exploration and land management company. He enjoys photography, tennis, camping, fishing, and cooking.
Karmen Bryant - Secretary

Karmen Hendrix Bryant, a native Midlander, is a community volunteer who has dedicated her life to positive social change through action. Volunteering from an early age, Karmen continues to serve countless nonprofit organizations with enthusiasm and vision in numerous roles. Her true passion not only lies in board governance but also in fund development, having helped raise millions of dollars for local nonprofit organizations. She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas, is the Managing Member of KHB Energy, LLC and President of the Bryant Family Foundation. She is happily married to her husband, Billy.
Bill Terry, CPA - Treasurer

Bill serves as our treasurer for Sibley Nature Center. He has been a CPA for 43 years and is currently the controller for HL Brown Operating LLC in Midland. Bill and his wife, Lynda, have resided in Odessa for 41 years. Bill’s avocation is enjoying wildlife.
Jim Alsup

Mr. Alsup is a retired attorney.
Ryan Anwar

Ryan Anwar was born and raised in Midland. He received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. Ryan and his wife, Jennissa currently have two children Lucy and Bode. Ryan is currently Vice President of Operations at Midland Energy and Petroplex Energy.
Sean McDaniel

Sean McDaniel has lived in Midland for 8 years and is the Director of Investments and IT at Fasken Oil and Ranch. His hobbies include international travel, riding dual-sport motorcycles in the Big Bend region, and spending time with his family.
Ted Morehouse

Ted currently lives in Midland with his wife and four kids and works as a geologist for Henry Resources. He received his degrees from the University of Kansas, and before that served in the ARMY. Ted really enjoys spending time outdoors and likes taking his kids for a walk around Sibley's trails.
Alison Peeler

Alison grew up in Abilene, TX, and received her BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University. She has been married to her husband Bruce for 40 years, and they have 3 adult children; Chase, Madison, and Zane. In her early career, she worked as Director of Special Events and Leadership Midland for the Midland Chamber of Commerce. Also part-time as an event planner for Permian Basin Petroleum Pioneers and Samaritan Counseling Center. She also volunteered with MISD for 18 years as part of Midland County PTA President and many other capacities at all her children's schools. Alison is active in leadership and a long-time member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church and was also a past board member at I-20 Wildlife Preserve. She loves our state and national parks, photography, and hiking. In 2016, she backpacked 150 miles of the Colorado Trail with her children!
Jesse Wood

Jesse is currently employed at ConocoPhillips (formerly Concho Resources) as the Manager of Range & Wildlife Ecology. In this role, Jesse oversees the management of natural resources on over 166,000 acres. He has been with Concho/ConocoPhillips for 9 years in various capacities including regulatory department lead, drill-schedule coordinator, and surface landman. Prior to joining Concho Jesse worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service as a district conservationist and rangeland management specialist. He received a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University and a Master of Agriculture in Range & Wildlife Management from Sul Ross State University. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Barbara and their 3 daughters.
Jamie Roberts

Jamie currently works as a Senior Engineering Tech for an oil and gas company in Midland, where she has lived for 18 years. She received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2013. Jamie enjoys working on her house, driving her classic truck, and taking adventures with her son, Jett.
Matt Etheridge

Matt grew up in the Texas Panhandle north of Amarillo in Gruver, Texas. He has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Ranch Management from the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management. Following graduation, Matt managed ranches for absentee families around the state in various ecosystems. Matt and his wife, Bethany, and Dachshund, Vienna, have lived in Midland for twelve years and love being in West Texas. Matt currently is a Staff Landman for Endeavor Energy Resources, L.P., a privately held exploration and production company headquartered in Midland. Matt enjoys ranching, tennis, and being outdoors.
