The Sibley Nature Center Facility is available for private rental for meetings, receptions, presentations and other special events. The Sibley Library and/or Auditorium are available for rental as is the Outdoor Pavilion located at the Sibley Nature Trailhead. Priority is given to Sibley programming and partner organization needs.

Indoor Facility Rental Opportunities

Clients can rent either the Library or Auditorium at a rate of $75 per hour during business hours or $100 per hour outside of regular business hours. Clients who are interested in renting multiple spaces can do so at a rate of $150 per hour. All rentals are a two (2) hour minimum commitment. 

General guidelines for indoor facility rental include (but are not limited to) the following: 

* A one-hour set-up/tear-down time will be allowed, if additional time is required the client will be charged at the hourly rate.
* Indoor rental fees include a max. of 16 rectangle tables and 64 standard chairs. Chairs/Tables are NOT available for outdoor events.
* An additional $25 will be charged if the client requires a registration table in the foyer.
* An additional fee of $125 per projector will be applied should the client require audio/visual equipment. 
* If the client requires space for food service outside of the meeting room, the client will be considered a multiple space rental and subject to applicable fees.
* Client is responsible for removal of all waste associated with the event. A dumpster is located on the north side of the parking lot for deposit of trash bags, food waste, etc.
* Piñatas, confetti, glitter, rice, loose paper and flower petals are not permitted.

Outdoor Rental Opportunities

The Outdoor Pavilion at the Sibley Nature Trailhead is available for rental at a rate of $100 per hour during regular business hours or $150 per hour outside of regular business hours. This service includes signage and a staff person on site to assist in redirecting trail traffic from the pavilion.

General guidelines for outdoor pavilion rental:

* All outdoor events at which alcohol will be served will require an off-duty officer for security purposes. A rate of $45 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours will apply. Sibley Nature Center will employ the officer through Midland Police Department on the client’s behalf.
* Sibley Nature Center does not provide tables or chairs for outdoor rentals. 
* Client is responsible for removal of all waste associated with the event. A dumpster is located on the north side of the parking lot for deposit of trash bags, food waste, etc.
